Greetings,
On behalf of the Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society, we are pleased
to invite you to participate in the Society's 9th Annual Meeting to be held
in Lexington, Kentucky USA on April 21-24, 2004. Papers in all areas of
gait and clinical movement analysis will be considered to provide a forum
for the interdisciplinary exchange of ideas. In addition to the free paper
sessions, we will have several designated poster session(s) as well as
e-posters.
This year a new category has been added for e-posters. E-posters consist of
a continuously running power point presentation with up to 20 slides. Four
or five will be chosen to be displayed during the conference on monitors.
Arrangements have been made for accepted abstracts to be published in a
special issue of Gait and Posture and posted on the GCMAS website at
www.gcmas.org. The publisher's requirements necessitate strict adherence to
the abstract page format and submission deadline.
To access the submission page online, go to http://www.amrinc.net/gcma/index.cfm and click
the abstract submission button for instructions. Abstracts will be accepted starting
August 7, 2003.
Proposals are also invited for two tutorials to be offered on Wednesday morning,
April 21, 2004. Each tutorial should be no more than two hours in length.
Instructions for submission can also be found at:
http://www.amrinc.net/gcma/index.cfm
Click the link labeled tutorial submissions and follow the provided
instructions. Tutorials will be accepted starting August 8, 2003.
All abstracts and tutorials must be received by October 1, 2003. They must
be attached to the submission form at the listed links in either a .pdf or
doc format. Abstracts and tutorials received after this date will not be
considered.
Thank you and we look forward to your submissions!
