    Dear Joon,

Dynamics Pipeline is for forward and inverse dynamic analysis. It works by
connecting SIMM to SD/FAST. SIMM (Software for Interactive Musculoskeletal
Models- Musculographics, Inc.) helps you to create musculoskeletal models and
SD/Fast calculates the equations of motion of the model. SIMM is an expensive
software, but it is worth buying it if you'll do musculoskeletal modeling.

I used SIMM for the three dimensional kinematic modeling of the cat hindlimb.
I worked on the two dimensional forward dynamics, too. SIMM comes with the
human lower extremety models. You can modify them according to your needs.

    Dear Ekin,

Adding links to the lower extremety SIMM model can be performed by adding the
bone files under the directory 'bones'. Then, you need to modify the joint
file to connect those links to each other and specify the joint axes. You can
also create your own muscle model by editing the C code of the files such as
    derivs.c, inits.c, assigns.c.

More information can be found in the Dynamics Pipeline manual, or you can
    contact support@musculographics.com

    Sincerely,
