Shriners Hospitals for Children - Shreveport, LA, a 45-bed JCAHO accredited
pediatric orthopedic hospital, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated
Physical Therapist or Kinesiologist for our Motion Analysis Laboratory.
Responsibilities will include extensive involvement in the clinical
evaluation of patients, the integration of kinematic, kinetic,
electromyographic, pedographic and clinical data into a comprehensive report
used for treatment decision making and involvment as part of a developing
research team. We are looking for a therapist with pediatric experience and
will provide training for the gait analysis aspect of the job.
Candidates for this position should:
Possess a B.S. degree in Physical Therapy or Kinesiology.Prior clinical gait
analysis or biomechanics experience is a plus.
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
