Request for paper by Wells & Winter 1980

I am working with kinematic data for gait analysis, and have come across
references to the following conference paper in relation to optimal
filtering:

Wells, R.P., Winter, D.A. (1980) 'Assesment of signal and noise in the
kinematics of normal, pathological, and sporting gaits'. Proceedings of the
Special Conference of the Canadian Society for Biomechanics. University of
Western Ontario, London, pp. 92-93.

I would appreciate it if someone could send me a copy of this paper, as it
is not available through my library or on the internet.
