The Department of Human Movement Sciences in the College of Health
Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee invites applications
for three tenured/tenure track (asst/assoc/full) faculty positions for a
new collaborative Doctorate in Physical Therapy program with
UW-LaCrosse. Construction of a new facility that will house offices and
instructional space for this program is underway. Also, a new
multidisciplinary PhD in Health Sciences has been approved. UWM provides
a dynamic research environment.
DPT Program Coordinator: Applicant qualifications include academic
doctorate and eligibility for Wisconsin PT licensure.
Human Movement Scientists/Physical Therapists (2 positions):
Particularly seek expertise in Health Psychology,
Orthopedics/Biomechanics, and Neural Bases of Movement. Applicant
qualifications include academic doctorate (ABD considered) and
eligibility for Wisconsin PT licensure highly desirable.
The rank and salary for these three positions are negotiable.
