    Center for Musculoskeletal Surgery, Charité- University Medicine, Berlin

    The aim of the Research Laboratory at the Center for Musculoskeletal Surgery
    is to improve clinical treatment options by means of cell biology. One
    aspect of the institutes activities is the improvement of the healing of
    bone, cartilage and muscles to restore complete functional recovery.

    A post-doctoral position in the field of musculoskeletal tissue engineering
    is now available. The project is limited to a two year term but may be
    extended further. The successful applicant will be a part of an
    interdisciplinary highly motivated team in a scientific working environment
    provided by the Research Labs of the Center for Musculoskeletal Surgery.

    The candidate should have a PhD in biology/biotechnology. Experience
    with mesenchymal stem cells and a strong background in musculoskeletal
    cell biology would be advantageous.
