Fellow Biomch Listers
I am looking for anyone who is familiar with the new BodyLink GPS system from
Timex. If anyone has experience with the system and can comment on the
approximate accuracy and precision of the system, I would be interested in
hearing your input. Also curious about the data storage and retrieval of the
system.
For those not familiar with this product, it is a GPS-based system for
measuring distance and velocity of an athlete with a small GPS unit and a
wristwatch. It is reasonably affordable (~US$350) and may provide a simple
form of time-motion analysis of athletes "on the field".
