  • Summary: Independent Test Lab needs

Thank you to everyone who replied. I have summarized
    the replies below.

    Original message:

    Dear Biomech-l'ers,
I am in need of some assistance. Can anyone direct me
to some highly reputable mechanical testing facilities
capable of independently validating some internal test
results? The tests are straightforward mechanical
tests on knee braces using an MTS.

My web searching to date has not yielded many sound
leads with experience or capabilities in this area.

Any leads you can provide would be greatly
    appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Colin Gregersen

I would recommend Michigan Technological University.
When I was a grad there I had done some testing on
braces and I know several have done so before me. They
    are very familiar with it.
Contact Dr Gopal Jayaraman. They have a web page with
