    Hi

I am a PhD student, investigating underwater finswimming (swimming with monofin). Our study aimed to determine muscular forces during underwater finswimming.
The use of a wind tunnel in order to determine the external forces applied to the monofin is not a good method because it does not reproduce the exact deformation of the monofin.
I would be very happy if somebody could give me some information on the method to be used to obtain a deformation in the air similar with that noted in water.
If you have some articles relevant to this topic I would be happy to have the references

    Thank you very much

    Cordially
