  • Need help on marker

Hi all, I am a graduate student in Univ of Michigan-Ann Arbor. I am doing
    uniaxial / biaxial tests
on soft tissue. In order to measure strain optically, I need to make
markers on the wet surface of tissue. Since the tissue size is small, the
marker is generally a dot with diameter of 0.1-0.5mm. Until now I havn't
    found a very
feasible ink for this purpose. I hope it is a water-resistant, oil-based,
quick drying ink. If you have experience on this, could you please
give me some suggestions, such as the brand or the chemical composition of
suitable inks? Also if possible, could
you please tell me which tool is effective for making very small dot on
    the wet surface of tissue?

Thank you very much for your generous help.

    Sincerely,
    Derek
