Lecturer in Exercise Physiology

The School of Medical Sciences seeks to appoint a Lecturer in Exercise
Physiology to teach in its undergraduate Health and Sports Science
program and carry out research in the health and sports science area.
The appointee will be required to teach in exercise physiology and
related areas.
Essential Criteria: PhD in exercise science or a related discipline,
demonstrated commitment and ability to teach undergraduate courses,
capacity to work as a member of a team, demonstrated capacity to
undertake research, the ability to develop research programs, as well as
an understanding of equity and diversity principles. Knowledge of OHS
responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant OHS training.
Desirable Criteria: an ability to contribute effectively to course and
program development; research publications, grant experience.
The salary range for Lecturer is A$60,304-A$71,050 per year depending on
qualifications and experience. The salary includes a superable UNSW
academic loading of $3,000 per annum payable to all academic staff.
Membership of a University approved superannuation scheme is a condition
