Vicon Motion Systems will be hosting a Users Group Meeting and Support
Sessions during the 9th Annual Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society
Meeting at the Hyatt Regency & Lexington Convention Center in Lexington,
KY, April 21-24th, 2004.
The Vicon Customer Support Department will have staff at GCMAS and will be
offering 45 minute "One on One" sessions. These sessions will be available
via advance sign up on a first come first serve basis and will allow users
to focus on specific topics with a dedicated Support Engineer. Time slots
will be available on the hour between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Wednesday through
Friday excluding lunch breaks. To reserve the time slot of your choice,
please RSVP to support@vicon.com with a summary
of your question and your preferred time. For your convenience, these
sessions will be held in a meeting room near the General Meeting and
Exhibits.
The Vicon Users Group Meeting at GCMAS 2004 will take place on Thursday
evening, April 22nd beginning at 6:30pm. The meeting is open to all Vicon
Users and prospects attending GCMAS.
We have an entirely new format for the meeting this year, be sure not to
miss it.
The Meeting will be upstairs at the Phoenix Bar and Grill, just down the
street from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Cocktails and a banquet dinner will be
provided. Live music will also be on tap at the event.
The schedule for the Users Group meeting is:
1) Get acquainted with other Vicon Users.
2) Update from BioMotion on 3D Functional Capacity Evaluations and your lab.
3) User Presentation: Discussion of Event Analyzer and other Plug-Ins.
4) Exciting new updates from Vicon Motion Systems.
5) Live music
If a Vicon User has another topic or presentation they want to be covered at
the meeting, let us know.
Please RSVP to sales@vicon.com to secure a spot
for each member of your site attending the Users Group Meeting.
All GCMAS attendees are invited to stop by our booth to see the latest
Hardware and Software options available from Vicon.
