Dear Colleagues:
I am pleased to introduce you The Journal of Exercise and Sport Sciences, which is a multidisciplinary international on-line Journal that publishes manuscripts of a high standard on several areas, covering aspects of Exercise Physiology, Physical Activity & Health, Motor Behaviour and History and Sociology of Sports. In addition to reports of research, review articles are also published.
One of the advantages of the Journal is that on-line submissions are accepted and access is for free. In a near future only e-mail registration will be requested to users logon and access all on-line manuscripts.
All information about subscriptions (author´s instructions and much more) can be obtained in the Journal´s site (www.jexss.ufpr.br). We are already receiving manuscripts. The expected turn around time is aimed to provide authors a quick response (approximately 30 to 40 days). Please, feel free to forward us all criticism that may contribute to improve the quality and the standard of the Journal.
We count on the scientific comunity to introduce Journal of Exercise and Sport Sciences to our colleagues among all those that may be interested in publishing and reading the areas covered within the scope of the Journal.
Note that all messages (and submissions) must be addressed to jexss@ufpr.br.
