Trunk biomechanics and stairs

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any studies regarding trunk kinematics and/or kinetics
during descent of stairs? I know some work was done on level gait, but
haven't found anything on stair ascent or descent. I'm especially
interested in trunk compensation for knee pain when descending stairs.
