ADDITIONAL SALARY INFO: Appointment: 9 month lecturer appointment beginning
August 23,2004 . Teaching summer school and/or winter term for additional
pay may be possible. This is an annual appointment, with the possibility of
renewal.
DUTIES: The Department of Kinesiology at the University of Maryland-College
Park (http://www.hhp.umd.edu/KNES/) is seeking an instructor with expertise
in human motor control and biomechanics. This position offers an excellent
opportunity to join a dynamic faculty of Kinesiology, gain teaching
experience, and join an active research group. Responsibilities: Teach
undergraduate courses in the movement sciences (at least two of the
following: motor development, motor learning/control, biomechanics); advise
undergraduate students; participate in activities of the Cognitive Motor
Neuroscience Laboratory; and fulfill other departmental faculty
responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: ABD or PhD in related domain of inquiry, and evidence of
teaching experience and expertise.

18, 2004. The search will continue until a suitable candidate is
