material properties of ribs and costal cartilage

Dear all,

I am looking for the material properties of bone
especially EIBS and COSTAL CARTILAGE. I have searched
through some literature but there is a lot of
variation in the values of the propeties esp Young's
modulus and other elastic constants.

Can any one please cite a reliable source for the
material properties for these materials.


I would greatly appreciate any help.
