Dear everybody,
Is there anyone who knows how I can get a copy of the proceeding of "Foot and Ankle Research Retreat II Measuring Foot Motion: Forward and Inverse Dynamics", April 30th-May 1st, 2004?
I searched on the The Foot and Ankle Special Interest Group of the Orthopaedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association's site, but even if they speak about the event I couldn't find any referral about the proceedings.
