  • Moment of inertia of human BRAIN

    Dear BIOMCH-L,

I am currently working on a project related to human brain injury mechanism in automobile crashes with many human body parameters involved. I have found the principle moment of inertia (MOI)of human HEAD is about 0.02 kg*m^2 in previous work. However, very few literatures mention the MOI of human BRAIN. If anyone can send me any useful information to find or calculate the MOI of human brain, it'll be much appreciated.

    Thanks a lot,
