Job Summary
Provide mechanical and biomechanical evaluations as directed by the client. Heavy attorney interaction, report writing and court testimony.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Human injury impact analysis of vehicular accidents, mechanical failures, falls and falling objects.
Biomechanical analysis of incidents to determine injury potential, driver determination, slip and fall analysis, falling object impacts.
Mechanical analysis of vehicle accidents, vehicle accident reconstruction, and mechanical failures.
Report writing in clear, efficient and easy to understand manner.
Courtroom testimony, meetings with attorneys, deposition testimony, marketing capabilities.
Educational Requirement and Job Specifications
- MS in biomechanical or biomedical engineering
- PE license or Ph.D. preferred
- Must be able to work in anatomy, teaching or automotive industry. Work in forensic engineering, provide courtroom testimony.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills.
