Extra copies of proceedings are available for the 5th Engineering of
Sport Conference which was held at the University of California,
Davis from 13-16 September 2004. The conference was jointly sponsored
by the International Sports Engineering Association and the
Bioengineering Division of ASME. The two hardbound books (622 and 656
pp respectively) contain the internationally contributed program of
