  • Help: Stand Alone for Matlab file using EXCEL

    Hello All,

    I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the following problem I am
    having w.r.t Matlab 7.0 and Excel 2000:

    1) Assume, I have a sample file arm.m (the end result being a graph of
    angle vs. time for the movement of arm)
    2) I am trying to make a stand-alone application of this file in EXCEL .
    3) I used the EXCEL builder documentation given online, but am getting
    errors:
    Error using ==> cmptool>build
    Error: An error occurred while shelling out to mbuild (error code =1)
    Unable to build executable (specify the -v option for more info)
    4) I have tried every possible thing specified in the online Matlab
    documentation

    Any ideas on how to go about making a Stand Alone to be played in EXCEL!
    Thank you for your time.

    Sincerely,
