osseointegrated fixtures for thumb amputee

Dear all

I am seeking the current status for osseointegrated fixtures for thumb
amputee in Europe, USA, and Japan.
What I really want to know is
1) whether there are commercial products in these countries,
2) whether the operation for them are approved from the authorities
concerned such as FDA,
3) how I can get these information.

Any information and comment will be helpful for us. Thank you in advance.
