The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga seeks applications and
nominations for the Walter M. Cline Chair of Excellence in Physical
Therapy. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership in the field
of physical therapy evidenced by a focused, clinically-applied relevant
research agenda and a strong publication and funding record. The chair is
expected to play a central role in guiding scholarship that advances the
distinctive role of physical therapists as movement system experts. A
responsibility of the chair is to foster engagement of the college and
department in the community in keeping with the stated mission of the
University. Campus resources are available to support research in
neurorehabilitation, orthopedics, cardiopulmonary and movement analysis.
