A global leader in orthopedic products is seeking a full time Research
Associate to join the Biologics team.
Position: Research Associate
Location: Midwest
Target Salary: 50K to 60K
Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate preclinical studies at contract sites.
· Participate in product design and design validation activities.
· Responsible for sample preparation, data recording, and ensure
adherence to protocol.
· Maintain proper Quality Control procedures and files for projects· Write proposals and recommendations for new research projects,
keeping
abreast of new technology.
· Assist in preparation of documents required for government
application, IDE's
and IND's.
Qualification Requirements:
· Bachelors or Masters with experience in orthopedic tissue
engineering.
· Background in hard tissue therapies; bone regeneration. Experience
with osetoinductive protein is also highly desirable.
· Histological and histomorphometrical analysis, statistical analysis,
with demonstrated expertise in at least one area.
· Superior interpersonal, written communication, time management,
organizational, and detail oriented skills.
