We are searching for highly qualified applicants to head the Fluoroscopic
Navigation Group. The major focus of this research team is the development
of enabling technologies for minimally invasive surgical interventions
involving the effective use of intraoperative imaging means. Candidates
should have an earned doctorate in biomedical engineering or a related
field. Requirements include expertise in image guided surgery, image
analysis, computer vision and computer graphics. The successful applicant
will be expected to develop a strong externally funded research program in
the appropriate discipline and participate in various interdisciplinary
research activities.
