Cybex NORM error message

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to know if anyone have idea about the two error messages from
Cybex NORM - "Dyna Object Error" during position calibration.

When I click "OK" to conduct the position calibration, the error messages
were shown.

Error 1
CalCont Returned Error Code:99
Firmware did not acknowledge: Bad command received.

Error 2
SetldleSpeed Returned Error Code:99
Firmware did not acknowledge: Bad command received.

The computer OS system is DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11. I did conduct the
scandisk and speedisk to defrag the hard disk before. Moreover, I have
conducted the data management from the software provided by Cybex NORM.

Any idea on the sources of problem and suggestions for improvement
(hardware or software) are welcome.
