Hi,
I am preparing a manuscript on the effect of position (flexion, neutral,
extension) on the intervertebral disc. It seems that there is confusion
as to whether lordotic angle and kyphotic angles are reported as positive
or negative.
Are you aware of a convention for the reporting of kyphotic and lordotic
angles from sagittal images?
Could you suggest references?
I am also interested in the ISB reference describing all conventions
adopted. (I read it in the past but I can't locate it now)
Thanks.
