Postdoctoral Position

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position to investigate
mechanisms of locomotion-related falls by older adults, their associated
injuries and implications, and technology-driven interventions to decrease
fall incidence. The successful candidate will have a recently earned the
PhD in kinesiology, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering or
related-field with a demonstrated background that includes familiarity with
motion capture and electromyography technology, rigid body mechanics and
computer programming. We are looking for an individual who is
self-motivated, who desires an interdisciplinary team-oriented culture and
who can begin no later than 1 January 2006. Interested candidates should
