We would like to know, if the stiffness of annulus fibrosus fibres and
nucleus pulposus matrix differs between room and body temperature. The
papers I found (see below) showed changes for temperature above 60°C,
but I want to know if this effect has also to be taken into account if
in-vitro tests were performed at room temperature instead of body
temperature.
