SEM Injury Mechanisms Call for Abstracts

I would like to invite you to present your research at the upcoming Society
for Experimental Mechanics Meeting in St. Louis. There are a couple of
sessions examining "Damage Mechanics and Injury Mechanisms in Biomechanics"



These sessions aim to present state-of-the-art research on injury mechanisms
and tissue/implant damage mechanics. These sessions, within the biological
technical division include experimental and computational efforts in injury
and damage characterization.



If you are not familiar with the Society for Experimental Mechanics, it has
excellent engineering content and quality. The research discussed within
the biological systems and materials technical division is diverse but
technically sound and imaginative. Outside this technical division, the
other programs within the SEM offer excellent methodologies for measurements
and analyses. These methodologies, novel in traditional mechanics, offer
great promise for those interested in new techniques for biological
measurement systems.
