Dear Dr. Dobson,
Dietrich and et al worked on spinal FE modeling and it was about modeling of muscle action and stability of the human spine from Multiple Muscle system chapter 27 in 1990 Springer-Verlag. I used their values of young modulus in my model. I also modeled spine, muslces surrounding and cavity (intra abdominal cavity). In Dietrich's work on page 454 it is mentioned that Young's modulus along muscular fibers has been accepted as E=0.4Mpa, and cross muscular fibers as E= 0.2Mpa
