An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new International Customer
Support Engineer to join our team at the Company Headquarters located in
Oxford, UK.
This position will suit an individual who is willing and able to
undertake a high level of international travel to many parts of the
world, excluding North America where we have resident engineers. The
role involves system installation and on-site customer training,
interactive and in-house training courses, customer support by telephone
and email, testing and liaison with Development staff and biomechanical
consultancy services.
Extensive multi-site based training will be provided for the successful
candidate.
Applicants should be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an
engineering or scientific discipline, but equally importantly must have
practical system handling skills, training skills, communication skills
and the maturity to deal with high level medical and biomechanical
research customers.
Applicants must be have excellent skills in written and spoken English,
be citizens of the EU or have permanent residency and work permit for
the EU.
