REGARDING tendonitis via collagenase
To: Biomch-L readers
I am interested in inducing "tendonitis-like" changes in a rat or rabbit
tendon using an injection of collagenase. I am familiar with published studies
by Williams and co-authors from Bristol and with an ORS abstract of this year
from Tkach and co-authors from San Diego. However, the specifics of
collagenase dosage and justification for such dosages are unclear to me
(Williams and co-authors refer to "previous experiments on rabbits" where this
is apparently worked out). I am interested to hear from anyone who may have
some advice or a lead on such studies. Thank you in advance.
