Dear Jørgen,
We have found that the Windows 2000 and DirectX driver configurations can conflict with one another and cause this effect on the video replay and display speed of certain AVI files. The remedy is properly setting the acceleration and display settings to optimize them for video and eliminate any conflicts. The procedure involves a review of the various computer configuration settings to determine the cause. Another alternative is to upgrade the operating system to Windows XP, which has reliably resolved this issue.

Subject: [BIOMCH-L] Question to users of Peak Motus ver. 8.1 software
Dear colleagues
When we upgraded our Peak Motus software from ver. 7 to version 8.1.4, we experienced a drastic reduction in the speed of digitizing marker points and in the speed of searching for the sync. puls. If anyone have experienced a similar problem and have a possible solution to it, I would be grateful to receive a piece of good advice.
Best regards
Jørgen Skotte
