2006 Injury Biomechanics Symposium Registration

We would like to invite you to attend the 2006 Injury Biomechanics Symposium
which will be held May 17th through May 19th, 2006 at The Ohio State
University in Columbus, Ohio. The purpose of the symposium is to stimulate
and reward strong injury biomechanics research among students and recent
graduates. Attendees can expect original biomechanics research in a forum
intended to foster communication between developing and established
researchers.
We are pleased to announce that 14 Universities from around the world will
be participating in the symposium. The symposium will feature 10 oral
presentations and 9 posters. A small sample of the topics to be discussed
include -
Pediatric Injury Biomechanics
Analytical Modeling of Head Impacts
Cervical Spine and Spinal Cord Injury
Thoracic Impact Testing
Abdominal Impact Response and Injury
Biomechanics of Aging
Lower Extremity Kinematics and Injury

best oral presenter and best poster presentation
