    The University of Wollongong's School of Health Sciences is the largest
    of the 4 schools in the Faculty of Health & Behavioural Sciences and
    offers a dynamic research and teaching environment, comprising numerous
    research and teaching laboratories with research that ranges from cell
    culture and molecular biology to animal studies and human intervention
    trials. As part of the School's intention to strengthen the Clinical
    Exercise Science and Biomechanics programs, we are seeking to appoint an
    individual with an outstanding record of achievement to take on the
    following role.

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an outstanding track
    record in Exercise Prescription/Rehabilitation and a dynamic leader to
    manage the ongoing development of a teaching & research program in
    Clinical Exercise Science. We are particularly looking for someone to
    drive new research initiatives on the use of exercise to reduce the risk
    of developing chronic condition diseases with the use of exercise as a
    rehabilitation modality.

    Ideally, you will possess extensive clinical and research experience in
    musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, neurological and/or immunological
    rehabilitation combined with strong links to professional associations
    related to exercise prescription and rehabilitation. You will also be an
    exceptional teacher with an outstanding record of leading, supporting
    and mentoring both academic and general staff.
