Sports Performance Engineer
Somax Sports has an opening for a sports performance engineer apprentice in the San Francisco area
The four-year apprenticeship includes training in our proprietary form of sports motion analysis with frame-by-frame videotape, Microfiber Reduction to improve flexibility far beyond what stretching alone can do, and Stress and Tension Reduction.
Clients who have completed our program have won 44 Gold Medals, set 11 World Records, cut a minute per mile off their running pace, won the US Open (golf), went from #113 to #1 in putting average on the men's tour, quadrupled their tour income, increased their longest drive from 295 to 400, increased their long ball from 400 to 480 feet, reversed the stiffness that comes with age and rid themselves of chronic back, neck, knee, shoulder and elbow pain. Clients pay $9,000/week for services.
Duties include working with individual clients, teaching swim camps and general office work. At successful completion of the four-year apprenticeship, applicant will be granted a $240,000 license to use all Somax proprietary methods for a period of twenty years.
Position pays $15 an hour during training and office work, $25 an hour working unsupervised with clients, and $1,000 a week for teaching swim camps and during travel. Position is full time. Total compensation is $30-50K/year plus a credit of $60K/year toward license.
Applicants should have strong analytical, communication and research skills, enjoy working with people, and enjoy working with their hands. Background in sports is not required.
