The University of Lethbridge, Faculty of
Management has one full-time tenure-track
position available for a specialist in
Management Information Systems to begin
July 1, 1994. Applicants should hold a
doctorate or be close to completion of a
doctorate (Master's degree with related
experience will be considered). The Faculty
supports research efforts with micro and
mainframe computing, travel funds, secre-
tarial support and professional development
funds. A progressive performance oriented
merit increment system favours published
research. Success in promotion and proba-
tionary reviews requires evidence of effec-
tive teaching. You will be joining a Faculty
of 37 academic staff of whom three are in
the Management Information Systems area. Women and
minorities are especially encouraged to apply.
Lethbridge offers low housing costs in a
community of 60,000 people with excellent
schools and recreational facilities. It is
located 120 miles south of Calgary, and 70
miles from Glacier National Park in
Montana or Waterton National Park in
Alberta.
