Hello All,
I put markers on the surface of tissue specimen (immersed in saline
water) to optically measure the strain by tracking the displacements of
these marking points with video camera. I tried several methods but
still havn't found an effective marking dye or ink.
Any one can give me suggestions on how to choose a kind of dye or ink
which should:
(1) easy to adhere to the wet surface of tissue without diffusion;
(2) easy to form a point of small diameter (looks like surface tension
aways prevent tiny drop of ink)
If you can provide the brand or purchace place, that's will be great.
BTW, I ever tried to use super glue to stick tiny beads to tissue
surface, but the stiffening effects of super glue interfered with the
deformation of tissue.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Sincerely,
Derek Jing
