Search for normal angular velocity data

Hello

I am assessing data from stroke patients with stiff knee gait. The angular
velocity results are particularly interesting, however, I don't have normal
data with standard deviations with which to compare the patients' data. I
have a book by David Winter with normal values but it does not contain
standard deviations. Can anyone help me please?
