The mechanical property of soft tissue is different in tension and compression. The resistance for deformation in tension is high than compression. (It means tension Young modulus is very high than compression Young modulus). For FEM modeling of this material we must define two young modulus in tension and compression.
I use APDL (ANSYS) for FEM modeling but I have problem to define this property?
