Hello All: I am a graduate student at East Carolina University and recently we completed isokinetic strength testing of the quadriceps/hamstring muscles of several members of a competitive cycling team. After a review of the literature turned up no information about acceptable hamstring to quadriceps strength ratios for cyclists, I was wondering if anyone has any data/information that gave a specific ham/quad strength ratio for competitive cycling.
