Asking about PhD program info in Germany

Dear all,

I'm asking something for a friend who is interested in going to Germany for
his PhD study.

Is there any good English site on introducing biomechanics/biomedical
engineering related PhD program in Germany? I went through websites of
couple of universities in Germany, however, not all of them have
English translation. I don't know much German.

Any tips on searching for PhD programs (taught in English) in
Germany? Thanks!
