1) Research Manager - Footwear: In this role, you will be responsible for
managing a team with the Research Department that ensures Reebok footwear
products meet the functional demands of consumers by defining and
documenting the performance needs of athletes and acting as the functional
advocate during design, development and commercialization. Ensure team
conducts fit, durability and performance testing of pre-production and
production shoes, mechanical testing of shoe components and materials and
biomechanical testing. Manage and execute research studies to improve our
understanding of athletic footwear and human performance in sport.
2) Research Engineer - Apparel: In this role, you will be responsible to
ensure that Reebok apparel products meet the functional demands of
consumers by defining and documenting the performance needs of athletes
and acting as the functional advocate during the design, development and
commercialization. Conduct wear testing on pre-production and production
apparel garments. Conduct applied research on apparel garments and
materials.
3) Associate Research Engineer: In this role, you will be responsible for
assessing the functionality of shoes by conducting fit and wear testing of
shoes during development, commercialization and production to support
product development time lines.
