    The Exercise, Health and Performance research group is currently
    searching for a Research Assistant who is interested in gaining skills
    and experience in clinical assessment and biomechanics.

    The appointed will support a unique research project studying
    Osteoarthritis of the knee. Combining biomechanics and clinical
    assessments, this study will investigate the effect of weight-loss on
    gait and osteoarthritis. The research assistant primary functions will
    involve managing the recruitment, screening and assessment of study

    The person we are looking for will most likely be a recent graduate who
    has a relevant degree and outstanding communication skills. Training in
    biomechanical analysis will be provided; however a familiarity with
    biomechanics and the testing of physical function will be ideal. This
    position is offering an opportunity to gain invaluable skills and
    experience in clinical assessment and biomechanics.
