I am a professor of human performance and wellness at a small private
school. We are beginning a new class in functional anatomy because it
is an area of weakness in our students. I am trying to find a good
textbook to use, but we cover a wide range. Our students are PE/K12
education majors, people looking to coach or do personal training and/or
strength and conditioning, and a few looking at grad school. I need
something that's a nice balance. If it is too science/research oriented
it will be too much for some, but I also don't simply want a book on
weight lifting techniques. Any suggestions are helpful.
Thanks!
