Dear All:
For those who have received our notification last week, we will like to
clarify following:
Due to the printing time schedule, at least one of the authors of each
abstract should make registration on-line before May 31st such that the
abstract will be included in the program. Each participant of the congress
can present at most two abstracts (podium or poster).
