All,
I am a graduate student at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign),
and my lab currently uses a Vicon motion capture system. As of right now,
all of our analysis is done through Matlab code that different students have
written over the past several years.
Currently, our lab is trying to decide whether buying Vicon's Polygon or
Bodybuilder software is necessary. Basically, we are interested in joint
centers, angles, torques, etc. From what I've read, I assume Bodybuilder
can do that for us, but I'm not quite sure. Any help on which program we
might need, or if you think doing it in Matlab is better, would be great.
