Taught Masters Studentships - MSc in Medical Engineering

The University of Hull has a number of taught masters studentships available for its MSc in Medical Engineering.
This MSc programme is a specialist course that involves the Centre for Medical Engineering and Technology (CMET) at the University of Hull, the Hull-York Medical School and the local NHS Hospital Trust.
The aim of the MSc is to provide graduates with the skills necessary to work in the rapidly expanding medical devices industry. It combines training and courses in the latest computer modelling techniques, biomaterials and medical devices, together with product innovation techniques and knowledge of medical device standards and regulatory matters, all put into practice through a medical devices project.
Successful applicants will normally hold a 2:1 degree in an engineering or related discipline, or possibly a relevant life sciences or clinical degree. However, less well qualified applicants with relevant industrial experience may be considered.
Full EPSRC-funded scholarships are available for suitable UK students, providing full tuition fees and an annual maintenance allowance of £9,600. Partial funding is available for EU students (tuition fees only), while international (non EU) students will be eligible for a bursary towards the cost of their tuition fees.
