ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (LEVEL D) - BIOMECHANICS
(Ongoing, full-time position commencing in November 2007)
The Exercise and Sports Science program is one of the university's most
successful and
expanding areas. We have excellent facilities and leading undergraduate
and postgraduate
programs supported by extensive research activities in a collaborative
and collegial working
environment.
The successful applicant will undertake a leadership role in the
Biomechanics discipline in
terms of teaching (at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels),
research and supervision of
Honours, Masters and PhD students. The Biomechanics laboratory is
equipped to world class
standard and details may be obtained from the website

Applicants must have a relevant PhD and be able to demonstrate extensive
success in
attracting research grants, leading research teams and also have a
significant research
publication profile.
This position attracts remuneration of $115,108 to $126,812 pa including
University
superannuation contribution, with a salary component of $98,383 to
$108,386 pa.
